We are excited to introduce Pramen Prasad, our managing partner at Prasad & Company LLP. Pramen is recognized for his valuable experience in the public accounting sector with over 30 years of industry knowledge in concentrations such as audit, tax services, and business advisory services. He has earned the CPA, CA, and CMA designations.
Additional to his managing partner role at the firm, he is also a member of the Society of Management Accountants of Ontario, the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Toronto Board of Trade, and both the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, as well as of British Columbia. Through his accumulated years of practice, he has provided advisory services for private-held companies and has assisted international businesses plan their operations in Canada.
