Trish joined Prasad & Company LLP in 2018 and has over 10 years of diverse experience in Human Resources. She has extensive hands-on experience leading HR initiatives, including policy design and enforcement, compensation and payroll administration, performance management, health and safety, as well as professional development and training.

As a Registered Professional Recruiter and a Registered Professional Trainer, her interest in full-cycle recruitment stems from being passionate about people. She enjoys learning about their goals, motivations, achievements, potential, and success. This has been very beneficial for the firm’s growth.

In her spare time, Trish enjoys spending time with her family and travelling.
